1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Alors On Danse AI. Alors On Danse AI is operated by an individual seller based in Hong Kong SAR (the "operator of Alors On Danse AI", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered services, including an AI video generator that turns two photos you upload into a short studio-style video in the style of the "Alors on Danse AI" trend, available at https://alorsondanseaivideo.app (the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

2.1 What We Provide

The operator of Alors On Danse AI provides an AI-powered platform that enables users to upload two photos (one person or pet in each, or one photo showing both) and generate a short vertical video of the two subjects in a white-studio sketch scene, ready to download and share. The Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet.

2.2 Nature of Service

The Service is a digital, intangible product. Access to paid features and credits is granted immediately upon confirmation of payment. Because digital services are delivered instantly, refunds are subject to specific limitations described in Section 7 and in our Refund Policy.

2.3 AI Model Dependence

The Service uses third-party AI models, including Seedance by ByteDance, accessed through third-party AI API providers. The Service's performance and availability may be affected by the operational status of these providers. We will notify users of significant outages.

2.4 No Affiliation

Alors On Danse AI is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Stromae, Jamel Debbouze, the television show Made in Jamel, or the rights holders of the song "Alors on danse". These names are used only to describe the online trend the Service is built for. We do not use original footage or offer celebrity likenesses.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account with accurate and complete information to use the Service. You can sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Account Security

  • Notify us immediately at support@alorsondanseaivideo.app if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
  • Keep your billing email address current.
  • Do not create multiple accounts to collect additional free credits.

3.3 Business Accounts

If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Plans and Credits

We offer both subscription plans and credit packs. Generating a video uses credits; the number of credits needed depends on the options you choose and is shown before you generate.

  • Subscription plans: Basic, Pro and Studio plans, each billed monthly or yearly. Each plan grants a set number of credits every month while the subscription is active.
  • Credit packs: one-time purchases that add credits to your account (currently a Single pack of 10 credits and a 35-pack of 350 credits), bought separately from any subscription.
  • Free tier: a free account with no paid credits, which lets you see a short preview with a watermark. Full-length, watermark-free videos require credits from a subscription or a credit pack.

There is no free trial of paid plans. For current plan details and pricing, please visit our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features or introduce new plans; price changes do not affect a billing period you have already paid for.

5. Billing and Payment

5.1 Subscription Auto-Renewal Authorization

By subscribing to a paid plan, you expressly authorize the operator of Alors On Danse AI, through our payment processor Waffo Pancake, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, according to the plan you choose) for the applicable subscription fee until you cancel under Section 6. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5.2 Credit Pack Purchase Authorization

Each credit pack purchase is a one-time transaction authorized at checkout. By completing the purchase, you authorize a single charge for the amount shown at checkout. Credit packs do not renew.

5.3 Payment Processor and Taxes

All payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Waffo Pancake charges your payment method, issues your receipt or invoice, and calculates, collects and remits applicable taxes. Unless otherwise stated, all listed prices exclude applicable taxes (including VAT, GST and sales tax); any applicable tax is calculated based on your location and added at checkout.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by either of the following methods:

  • Online (recommended): go to Settings → Billing (/settings/billing) and click Manage subscription, which opens the Waffo Pancake customer portal where you can cancel the subscription.
  • Email: send a cancellation request from your registered email address to support@alorsondanseaivideo.app.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your plan stays active until then and you will not be charged again. Separately purchased credit packs are not cancelled, and their validity period remains unchanged.

7. Refund Policy

Failed generations are not charged: if a video generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically.

7.1 Subscription Refunds

  • First-time subscriber 7-day guarantee: if this is your first subscription with us, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of that charge, as long as none of the credits granted by that payment have been used to generate or unlock a video. The credits are removed when the refund is issued. Once any of those credits have been used, the payment is not refundable, except in the cases listed below or where applicable law requires it.
  • Duplicate charges: full refund of any charge made twice due to a billing error.
  • Verified service outage (over 72 hours): for an extended outage caused by us, we will provide a pro-rata refund or an extension of your billing period.
  • Statutory rights: where applicable law grants a right of withdrawal or refund (such as the 14-day cooling-off period in the EU and UK), those rights are preserved.

7.2 Credit Pack Refunds

  • Unused credits within 7 days: you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the credits from that pack have been used.
  • Used credits are non-refundable.

7.3 Subscription Credit Rollover

Credits included in a subscription plan expire 30 days after they are granted, at the end of each monthly credit period, and do not roll over or accumulate into the next period.

7.4 Credits After Subscription Cancellation

Separately purchased credit packs are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. They are not affected by your subscription status and remain usable for their original validity period after you cancel.

7.5 Credit Consumption Order

When you have credits from more than one source, the credits that expire soonest are used first. In practice, this means subscription plan credits are used before separately purchased credit pack credits.

7.6 How to Request a Refund

Submit a refund request in the Waffo Pancake customer portal (reached via Manage subscription on /settings/billing, or directly at https://pancake.waffo.ai/consumer/portal/login with the email you paid with), use Request Refund on the Billing page, or email support@alorsondanseaivideo.app with your account email, the transaction or order ID and the reason for the refund. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Waffo Pancake. 7.7 Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription periods already used, except as provided in Section 7.1.
  • Credits that have already been used.
  • Accounts closed for violating these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is in error, please email support@alorsondanseaivideo.app before initiating a dispute with your bank. We will respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

9. AI Content & Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership of Outputs

Subject to these Terms, you own the AI-generated videos created from your inputs ("Outputs"). You may use Outputs for any lawful purpose permitted under Section 10. Free previews carry a watermark.

9.2 License to Inputs

By submitting content to the Service, including photos ("Inputs"), you grant the operator of Alors On Danse AI a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process them, and to send them to our third-party AI providers, solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your Inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent. You keep all rights to your Inputs.

9.3 Third-Party AI Model Dependence

The Service uses third-party AI models, including Seedance by ByteDance. Outputs may be influenced by these models. We do not guarantee any specific output quality and are not liable for content generated by third-party models.

9.4 Accuracy of AI Output

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Faces, bodies and movements in a video are synthetic and may not exactly resemble the people or pets in your photos, and the same inputs can produce different results. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before relying on or sharing them.

9.5 Our Service

The Alors On Danse AI website, brand, scene designs, software and features belong to us. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

10. Acceptable Use Policy

10.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms, such as making fun videos of yourself, friends, partners or pets for personal sharing or social media.

10.2 Photo Rules

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to use it, and it shows you, people who have clearly agreed to have their photo used to make this kind of video, or your own pet.
  • It does not show anyone under 18.
  • It does not show another person without their consent, including celebrities and other public figures, and it is not a screenshot of a TV show, film or someone else's video.

10.3 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, bullying or fraudulent content.
  • Generate, distribute, or facilitate deepfakes, including synthetic audio, video or images that impersonate real individuals or that are intended to mislead viewers about their origin or authenticity. When you share a video, label it as AI-generated and do not present it as real footage of the people shown.
  • Generate sexual or pornographic content, or any content that sexualizes minors or violates child-protection laws.
  • Generate hateful, violent or discriminatory content.
  • Generate misleading political content, including content depicting candidates, officials or public figures saying or doing things they did not do.
  • Create malware, phishing content or cyberattack tools.
  • Infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity or image rights.
  • Circumvent or interfere with the security features, usage limits, watermarks or payment of the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense access without our prior written approval.
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation or card-network rule.

10.4 AI-Specific Prohibitions

In addition to the general prohibitions above, and given the AI-powered nature of the Service, you expressly agree not to:

  • Use the Service's inputs, outputs, model responses, or any derived data to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distill, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model that directly or indirectly competes with the Service or with the products of the operator of Alors On Danse AI.
  • Systematically scrape, extract, or harvest model outputs at scale for any purpose other than your own authorized use.
  • Represent AI-generated content as the work of a human professional (such as a licensed physician, lawyer, or financial advisor) in a context where doing so could cause harm.

We may block uploads, remove videos, withhold credits and suspend accounts that break these rules. If your photo was used without your permission, email support@alorsondanseaivideo.app and we will investigate and remove it.

11. Data, Privacy & Security

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://alorsondanseaivideo.app/privacy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor (Waffo Pancake) and is never stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after account deletion and then deleted, except where a longer period is required by law (see the Privacy Policy).

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

12.1 Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUTS.

12.2 AI Output Disclaimer

AI outputs from the Service may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. Do not use them as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Always verify with a qualified professional before acting on AI-generated content.

12.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR OF ALORS ON DANSE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not all apply to you.

13. Term & Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. If we terminate the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the prepaid, unused portion on a pro-rata basis. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@alorsondanseaivideo.app.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact support@alorsondanseaivideo.app to attempt an informal resolution. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

15. General Provisions

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator of Alors On Danse AI.
