Pricing FAQ

Credits, plans, taxes and refunds for Alors On Danse AI

A standard full video (Studio Sketch, Standard model, 15 seconds, 720p) is 25 credits. At the same length and quality, Mini is 13 credits, Fast is 21 and Ultra is 38, and only Ultra can make a 30-second video (75 credits). Studio Sketch · original moves, the Pro scene that follows the original trend's moves and camera beat for beat, is 50 credits for 15 seconds at 720p and 100 for 30 seconds. Shorter clips and 480p cost less, and the table above lists each model. The format (vertical, square or wide) doesn't change the price.

Not fully. Watermark-free, full-length videos are paid, because every AI video render costs us real money. Prices are on this page. For free, a new account gets enough credits for one short preview with a watermark, so you can see your two photos in the studio scene before you pay, and you can collect a small daily check-in credit. The free route elsewhere is a CapCut template, which mostly gives you a beat-synced photo slideshow, not the studio sketch with two people.

A credit pack is a one-time payment, and its credits stay valid for 1 year. A plan renews every month or year and adds fresh credits each month, so each video costs less. Both remove the watermark and let you download your videos.

Checkout is run by Waffo, our Merchant of Record. Waffo is the seller of record for your order: it takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles sales tax or VAT. It accepts major cards and popular wallets on its checkout page, and we never see or store your full card details. Your bank statement may show Waffo rather than Alors On Danse AI.

No. Prices on this page are shown before tax. Waffo adds any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country or state at checkout, and you see the final total before you pay.

If a render fails, the credits it used go back to your balance automatically, and you can try again. A video that finishes but isn't to your taste is not a failed render, because AI output varies from run to run.

First-time subscribers can get a full refund of their first payment within 7 days of the charge, as long as none of its credits have been used. Credit packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase if none of their credits have been used. Duplicate charges are always refunded, and an outage on our side longer than 72 hours gets a pro-rata refund or extension. Subscriptions can be canceled any time and stay active until the end of the paid period. Because credits and videos are digital goods delivered right away, used credits aren't refundable. To ask for a refund, email support@alorsondanseaivideo.app or use the Waffo customer portal. Full rules are in our Refund Policy.

Yes. Cancel from Billing in your account settings, or in the Waffo customer portal with the email you paid with. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
