The operator of Alors On Danse AI ("we", "us", "our") respects and protects your privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, store and share your personal information when you use Alors On Danse AI at https://alorsondanseaivideo.app (the "Service"), and the rights you have under applicable law.
Alors On Danse AI turns two photos into a short AI video in the style of the Alors on Danse studio sketch trend. Because the Service works with pictures of real faces, we treat your photos with extra care:
- Your photos are used only to generate your own videos. They are never made public, sold, or used to train AI models.
- Your videos are private by default. Only you can see them in your account unless you download or share them yourself.
- You can ask us to delete your photos and videos at any time; we complete deletion requests within 30 days.
Please read this Policy carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. We may update this Policy from time to time; we will notify you of material changes in advance by email to your registered address (see Section 13).
1. Data Controller

2. Information We Collect
We collect only the categories listed below.
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: your email address, and your name and profile picture. If you sign in with Google, these come from your Google account with your permission. We do not store a password: you sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email.
- Photos you upload: two single-person photos, or one photo showing both subjects, used to make your video. Your browser may resize and compress a photo before upload.
- Generated videos and settings: the videos created for you, the scene and options you chose, and related records such as creation time and status.
- Payment information: transaction amount, plan or credit pack, payment status and order number. We do not store your full card number; card data is handled by our payment processor (see Section 5).
- Communications: emails and feedback you send to support.
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
- Device and network: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and time zone. We infer your approximate country from your IP address to show the right pricing and to prevent fraud. We do not collect your precise location.
- Usage: pages visited, features used, generations started, completed or failed, downloads, and session duration. On our production website, our analytics provider PostHog may also record sessions (clicks, scrolling and page changes) so we can find and fix problems.
- Log data: request times, error logs and performance data.
- Cookies and a device identifier: see Section 4 and our Cookie Policy. When you sign in or sign up, your browser computes a device identifier we use to prevent abuse of free credits.
2.3 Third-Party Login
If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information you authorize (name, email address and profile picture).

We may aggregate or de-identify data for statistical analysis. Such data cannot identify you. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not use them in our marketing without your written permission.

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies to show you ads on other websites. Analytics tool used: PostHog (PostHog privacy policy). You can adjust your preferences through your browser settings. The full list of cookies is in our Cookie Policy.
5. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information, including "selling" as defined under applicable law (such as the CCPA). We share your information only in the following cases:
- Service providers, bound by confidentiality obligations and acting on our instructions:
- Waffo Pancake (payments): our Merchant of Record. Payment card data is processed exclusively by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor, and is never stored on our servers. Waffo Pancake also issues receipts and handles taxes.
- Cloudflare (hosting, R2 storage of photos and videos, and email delivery).
- Google (sign-in), if you choose to sign in with Google.
- PostHog (product analytics and session recordings).
- Third-party AI API providers (video generation): to create a video, we send your photos, the selected scene and your generation settings to third-party AI API providers that run the Seedance video model by ByteDance. They process this data only to return your video.
- Legal and regulatory requirements: in response to laws, court orders or lawful requests by competent authorities, or to investigate misuse of the Service, such as a report that a video uses someone's photo without permission.
- Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition or similar transaction, with prior notice and continued protection of your data.
- With your consent: for any other purpose, only with your explicit prior consent.
6. Data Security
- Encryption in transit: TLS / HTTPS for all traffic.
- Storage security: uploaded photos and videos are kept in private storage; session tokens are signed and stored securely.
- Access control: least-privilege access, limited to what is needed to run the Service.
In the event of a security incident affecting your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law within 72 hours of discovery. Please keep your account credentials secure and do not share them with others. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To delete your photos, videos or account, email support@alorsondanseaivideo.app from the email address on your account. Copies that you have already downloaded or shared outside the Service are outside our control. If someone has uploaded your photo without your permission, email us with a description of the video and we will investigate and remove it.

To exercise any of the following rights, contact us at support@alorsondanseaivideo.app. We will respond within 30 calendar days.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Marketing Communications & Opt-Out
We do not currently send marketing emails. If we start, we will send them only with your consent, and you will be able to unsubscribe at any time through the "unsubscribe" link in each email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing does not affect essential service notices, such as sign-in emails, billing receipts and security alerts.
10. International Data Transfers
Our servers and service providers may be located in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States and other regions where Cloudflare, PostHog, Waffo Pancake and our AI API providers operate. When we transfer data across borders, we safeguard it by:
- Relying on data processing terms with our providers that incorporate the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where offered.
- Transferring data only to recipients that provide an adequate level of protection.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and photos of anyone under 18 must not be uploaded. If you believe a child has provided us with information or that a child's photo has been uploaded, contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
12. Third-Party Links & Services
The Service may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party services (such as Google sign-in and the Waffo Pancake checkout and customer portal). This Policy applies only to information we collect directly. We are not responsible for third parties' data practices; please review their policies before use.
13. Changes to This Policy
For material changes, we will notify you at least 15 days in advance by email to your registered address, and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
